"People assume that we will always have these Craftspeople, but at the current rate of change, these skills may soon be a thing of the past."

Martand Singh 'Mapu'

Archive Amba truly believes in, as Gustav Mahler, the famous Austrian composer puts it 'Tradition is not the worship of ashes but the preservation of fire.'

Craftsmen communities are the custodians preserving living traditions of Indian Art and Philosophy which are an intangible heritage of our land.

We aim at increasing access of opportunities for Craft communities amongst discerning audience and patrons of Art, so that these traditions are not only preserved but flourish and continue to evolve as the Artisan gets to know their Patrons better and vice-versa.
